I've been using ProgestaCare for last six months and it has change my life. But let me give you some background of before and after. About three years ago my body was making changes that I could not control, extremely heavy flow and longer periods become the normal for my life. Went to my family doctor for help, was put on different medication with little results, my periods increased to three per month, could only sleep a couple of nights per week, starved myself and still put on weight, had bad cramps, hot flashes, and my mood swung between ok and don't push me.
